    Default bad sizing of components inside window with scrollpanel

    REQUIRED INFORMATIONExt version tested:
    • all versions since Ext 4.1.0 including latest 4.2.1
    Browser versions tested against:
    • affects all browsers
    Description:
    • Size of components inside window with scrollpanel is based on it's previous size, not on the current one.
    Steps to reproduce the problem:Test Case:
