Default Answered: [Any] How do I comment my code (outside functions) in SA?

As I can't get access to put comments above my functions, will you be providing a config that will allow for us to put a comment on a class?

    could be a string config:

userClassComments : '' and then it places the comment just above the method?

Is there a current workaround for this?

  2. There is not a current workaround for this. It is a feature that is highly requested and we'd like to get it in post 3.0 release.

This is also an issue for building apps where markup in comments is required for Sencha Cmd. (I know you are aware of this, but thought I'd put it here also) I can do this for inline custom methods, but this also means some 'dev' only methods will make it into a test/production build if not commented for SC.

So workaround is to edit outside architect., then merge any future changes from outside edit with architect changes before testing/deployment.

This is a real blocker for me; less than processConfig, but right up there due to it blocking the build process

I guess this could also be something that jsduck could implement in the mean time.

aka create a custom config item: see https://github.com/senchalabs/jsduck/issues/467
