    Success! Looks like we've fixed this one. According to our records the fix was applied for EXTJS-11596 in 5.1.1.

    Default slideIn/slideOut jump Bug

    Ext version tested:
    • Ext 4.2.0
    • Ext 4.2.1
    • Ext 4.2.2
    • Ext 5.0.0 beta
    • Ext 5.0.0
    • Ext 5.0.1
    • Ext 5.1.0
    Browser versions tested against:
    • FF 24.0
    • Safari 4
    • IE10
    DOCTYPE tested against:
    • xhtml 1.0
    Description:
    • The slideIn and slideOut content will jump very noticeably. Not at all smooth as it was with Ext 4.1.1
    Steps to reproduce the problem:
    • I've created and example here http://jsfiddle.net/vha8C/
    • placed a div with content below two radio buttons (one for slideIn, one for slideOut)
    • You can switch between Ext 4.2 & Ext 4.1.1 in jsfidddle to see the difference.
    The result that was expected:
    • expected a smooth slide up and slide down as with older versions of Ext Js
    The result that occurs instead:
    • Content Jumps downward until the transition is complete and then falls into place.

    So, what version can we expect this to be fixed in?

    Is there a work around?

    This example seems to be entirely broken in Extjs5 beta.https://fiddle.sencha.com/#fiddle/18v

    If I require Ext.dom.Query, this fiddle example works as before.
    Which is to say it still has the reported bug.

    I would think that Sencha would be motivated to fix bugs in the Core.

    rewritten for Extjs5:
    https://fiddle.sencha.com/#fiddle/4rv

    PHP Code:
    Ext.require(['Ext.dom.Query']);
    Ext.onReady(function() {

    var
    slideoptions = {

    easing'easeOut',

    concurrentfalse

    useDisplaytrue
    };

    Ext.select('input[name=begdateradio]').each(function(){

    Ext.get(this).on('click', function(evtarget) {
          var
    val target.value;
          if (
    val === 'JBDTBGYN') {

    Ext.get('begdateDiv').slideIn('t'slideoptions);
             return
    true;
          }

    Ext.get('begdateDiv').slideOut('t'slideoptions);
          return
    true;
       });
    });

    });

    According to the ticket, this is fixed in 5.1.1 and 4.2.4, merged a few days ago.

    I still see this flicker in Ext JS 6. Does anyone know how to get this to stop??
