    Where can you find your activation key in SA2? Want to upgrade but can't find that code.

    You can't see your activation code in SA2.It would have been mailed to you on the 13th of November if you bought Architect 2 after July 17th. If you own Sencha Complete or Touch Bundle and are still covered by our support agreement then your Complete/Bundle activation code will work for Architect 3.

    Hi,I bought the Sencha Architect 2.x license back in August.
    I'm still not getting any email with the new activation code as you replied early.

    Can I get a new activation code?

    I purchased complete after SenchaConn. I have not yet received the email with the activation code. Who should I contact please?

    Filled in the Sencha Web form a few days ago with my SA2 activation code to upgrade to SA3 at the discounted price. I received an automatic email response from news@sencha.com saying "Thank you for requesting an upgrade to Architect 3. We're processing your request and will be in touch soon!"
    An idea how long will it take to process and get back to me so I can purchase it, thanks?

    Same case than udptech. I bought SA2 3 weeks ago and my Activation Code is rejected by SA3.

    Hello, i bought "1 Ext JS Unbundled to Sencha Complete Upgrade" a month ago. The activation code that i received at the moment of the subscription does not work neither for SA2 or SA3. Can i get a working activation code please?Thank you

    Default SA3 Activation Code

    I purchased Sencha Complete earlier this year and haven't received an activation code; tried to use the activation code I had but it doesn't work and haven't received a new one via email... have also clicked on the 'request activation code' link on the sencha web site several times and get a 'your request is being processed' email confirmation but nothing else.

    As I started a POC on a pre-release of SA3 and my expiration period is expired, I am now at a stand-still any/all help would be great
