Nope. I don't even have hidden folders visible by default. I had to make them visible to check whether the .sencha folder was even there (it wasn't).

I also have a similar problem saving a new extjs project
I also have a similar problem when saving a new extjs project. Every time I create an extjs project with Architect 3 I get an error saying: "CMD theme package failed" and it will not save or build without errors like these:
[INF] loading page C%3A/xampp\htdocs\extjs\Work\CarlistNew\CarList2\CarList/sass/example/theme.html
== Unhandled Error ==
ReferenceError: Can'''t find variable: Ext
[ERR] BUILD FAILED
[ERR] com.sencha.exceptions.ExProcess: phantomjs process exited with code 2
[ERR] at com.sencha.util.MethodInvoker$Arguments.invoke(MethodInvoke
[ERR] Total time: 13 seconds
** I have no problems making projects with Sencha Touch 2.3 only when I tried extjs in Architect 3 220.127.116.117
Thanks for any fixes for this.

I have the same problem when I save my project in ExtJS 4.2x
I fixed this problem by creating a whole new empty folder on my local web server for ExtJS projects totally separate from Sencha Touch project folders. This way Architect 3.0 does not try to use any of the Sencha Touch configuration files (like: sencha.cfg etc.) when setting up this new work area for Ext JS 4.2.x . Before I was putting Ext JS projects under the same folder I had copied the Ext JS 4.2.x files into. I found out that Architect 3 used its own set of Ext JS 4.2.x files and one does not need to download it separately. I hope this helps anyone else having problems with the Ext JS 4.2.x setup.
Keep your Sencha Touch project folders separate from your Ext JS 4.2.x folders and things will work much more smoothly.
