Default Panel border property takes only boolean values

    Hello!

There is a strange bug with Panel's border property. It takes only boolean values by default. Doesn't matter if you set string or number it's interpreted as a boolean value.

Some other user had this problem as well: http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/4.1.3/#...nel-cfg-border

Please, take a look at the following sample:

    https://fiddle.sencha.com/#fiddle/1p9

So is it mistake in documentation or in framework?
