    Default Page-analyzer and shrinkwrapping

I try to optimize Extjs application with helps Page-analyzer. I read in http://www.sencha.com/blog/ext-js-4-1-performance about "Avoid shrinkwrapping". After that i see a lot of shrinkWrap value in height column(see attachment)

    How i interpret this data?
Is this a result of bad using components?
    How it helps improve performance?

I'm not familiar with Page Analyzer. My reading of the linked article is that leaving sizing to the framework is more efficient. That said, your scenario may demand more control for the content. Did you use hard coded sized for the height?

I trying dont use hard code values of height and width. So you think shrinkwrap are based on hard code values? What you think about margin and padding properties? It has the same effect?
In general I try optimize application for IE8 and it is not very good, IE8 so slow.
    PS: thanks for answer
