Default still need "ext" folder in application folder to build if custom theme

When I add a theme (to the resources folder) and try to build WITHOUT the ext in the application folder, I get the following error:

    Code:

[WRN] Failed to resolve package ext-theme-neptune
    [ERR] Theme "ext-theme-neptune" not found

    Default

silly me, I found it in the .sencha.cfg file. had to change the ext path. I wonder if others have spend hours and hours after each upgrade trying to find what I have to change to make my application work.
