    Default Unanswered: Calendar plugin is "hogging" the store

    I am using https://github.com/SwarmOnline/Ext.ux.TouchCalendar in my app. I also want to display the calendar items on the home page as a list.

    It seems the plugin does not let me share the calendar store with other screens.
    This is the code for my calendar container (similar to working demo in link above).

    Code:
    Ext.define('app.view.Calendar', {
        extend: 'Ext.Container',
        requires: ['Ext.ux.TouchCalendarSimpleEvents'],
        xtype: 'calendarview',
        alias: 'widget.calendarview',

        config: {
            layout  : 'fit'
        },

        initialize: function(){
            var calendar = new Ext.ux.TouchCalendarView({
                            viewMode: 'month',
                            itemId: 'calendarView',
                            weekStart: 0,
                            value: new Date(),
                            eventStore: Ext.getStore('Appointments'),

                            plugins: [Ext.create('Ext.ux.TouchCalendarSimpleEvents')]
                        });

            this.setItems([
                calendar
            ]);

            this.callParent(arguments);
        }
    });
    Initially the app shows the list items on the home page. Pressing calendar in the side bar menu and then returning to the home page shows "No appointments found".
    The plugins line above is the one which seems to be causing the problem. Is there any way to bind the plugin and still share the model?
