sencha "create" command not found in 184.108.40.206
When I execute the following command I am getting error message saying "create" command not found.
sencha create jsb -a index.html -p app.jsb3
The step is mentioned in the below guide for craeting jsb files.
If I use old Sencha SDK tools 2.0 I am able to create JSB files using the same command though.
Sencha Cmd Version I am using is 220.127.116.11.
Please help in this regard.

That command is no longer used to create builds for projects created with Sencha Cmd. The compatibility section of the Intro to Sencha Cmd guide states
If you are using an older version of Ext JS, you may use Sencha Cmd's build command to build via your JSB file. In other words, Sencha Cmd can replace JSBuilder to produce a compressed build of the files described in a JSB file. Sencha Cmd will not update your JSB file as was done by the deprecated SDK Tools v2.

Then how can I create JSB files for compressing classes and generating app-all.js? I couldn't find any reference in the mentioned links. Please provide me the command.

You cannot. That is not how things are done with the latest version of Ext and Cmd. Please read the suggested guides to gain a better understanding of the changes.
