I have one basic question. In ext 3.4 there is Ext.Window, Ext.Panel,...
Why in Ext.4 they have doubled the name: Ext.window.Window, Ext.panel.Panel, ....

  2. The shorter, 3.x-like names are there for backwards compatibility only.

    Thanks.
So, Ext.window is now namespace, which has more classes and one of them is Window.
In the past, Ext.Window was only one class.
