Default Load 'used' classes with microloader.

During upgrade to ExtJS 5 (and Sencha CMD 5.0.0.160) I've found microloader loading only classes, that app 'requires' either explicitly or implicitly. However, classes the app 'uses' are not loaded, though contained in the bootstrap.json manifest. This classes are loaded later by ordinary Ext.Loader machinery.
The problem is different load order in development and production environments.
Correction is quite simple: alter Boot.js:1033 and pass 'true' as forth parameter (includeUses).
Will Sencha CMD's Boot.js accept this change?

    Default

Line 1033 is for CMD build 116. For 160 it is 1034.
