Default Setting reference-type configs in the constructor

    5.0.0 and 5.0.1.

Configs defined with reference types (such as the reader of a proxy) cannot be set directly on this in the constructor. This works fine with primitives.

You would need to use the setter, since the reader gets constructed in the applier.

I'm aware that I can set it that way but I don't see why this couldn't be handled automatically, maintaining better backwards compatibility with ExtJS 4. Trying to set the reader property directly at an arbitrary time has never been supported but doing it at the start of the constructor should be treated just as if the property were inherited through the prototype chain.

The inconsistency with the handling of primitives seems a POLA failure if nothing else.
