I am trying to install the windows azure package using CMD. I get an error with this. Any ideas?

    I am using Windows 8.

You have to install the Azure means use the following steps
    Install-Package WindowsAzure.Storage-Preview

1.Navigate to account.windowsazure.com and sign in with your Windows Azure account.

2.Click preview features to view the available previews.

3.Scroll down to Virtual Machines & Virtual Networks and click try it now.

4.Select your subscription and click the check.

I think maybe you misunderstand. I already have a subscription, but I'm trying to install the package using Sencha CMD. I get an error (like shown in the screenshot) that the package key is invalid. All I need is the package to install on my system.
