Unanswered: Accordion in sencha Touch
How to implement accordion functionality in Sencha Touch?
I need to add form panel within the accordion.

Sencha Touch doesn't have a built-in accordion layout, so you'd have to use an extension or implement it yourself. Here's a thread with some info:

Here's an ugly proof of concept:
You can easily swap out whatever toggle class you want by playing with factoryHeader(). For instance, maybe you want an accordion here, but somewhere else you want it to look like a radio field. Just swap it out and change the css accordingly so that it'll look like a radio field.
