Default ExtJS 3 to ExtJS 4 Migration Demo error

I'm trying to go through the Migration tutorial videos mentioned at http://www.sencha.com/blog/ext-js-3-to-4-migration/

After changing the extJS 3.1.1 code to reference ExtJS 4.2.3 and ExtJS 3 Compatibility, I receive a Javascript Error that isn't mentioned in the tutorial - "NS_ERROR_DOM_BAD_URI: Access to restricted URI denied". Has anyone run into this specific error yet?

I am walking through the demo application exactly as it is on migration video.

What is the URL that you are specifying? Cross domain issue?
Are you using a web server to load example? ( http:// vs file:// )

I am using the URL file:///C:/Users/houngj/Desktop/ext-4.2.3.1477/examples/compatibility/example/3.x-demo/index.html The examples are located inside the ExtJS 4 library so I don't believe it is a cross domain issue.

Try it using a web server instead. It is easy to setup one using xampp, wamp or IIS on your windows box.
