    Default Production microloader requestXhr function in 2.4.1

    Can anyone tell me the reasoning behind the date stamp on the request? The side affect is obviously cache busting, but this is hitting files from manifest (e.g. app.json) which we would prefer to cache until the next intentional update.

    Code:
    uri = uri + ((uri.indexOf('?') == -1) ? '?' : '&') + Date.now();
    Any horror stories I should prepare for if we override it? Thanks.

    If this is the app.json loading, the microloader is trying to make sure it gets the latest app.json. If it's cached in anyway, the next time a user visits your application they may get the cached version and therefore may not get the updated app on that visit.
