    Default Textfield looks broken in Chrome 43

    The text input area is shifted 3px down. Type into a text field and tab out of it.

    Hi--

    This is a bug in Chrome 43: https://code.google.com/p/chromium/i...tail?id=489875

    It should be resolved in the next release. In the meantime, you should be able to add the following to your stylesheet to resolve the issue:

    Code:
    .x-form-text {
        display: inherit;
    }
    Thanks
    Joel

    .x-form-text { display: inherit;}

    Thanks for the solution. But can you please clarify where exactly does this need to go. I am kinda newbie to Extjs.
    I tried setting the cls of textfield to this value. Not helping.

    Thanks

    You need to add this style override to your stylesheet so that it is include after the original rule which it is overriding.

    Thanks!

    Thanks again. But sorry I am still not with you. I am using Sencha Architect, have a .css file sitting in my project that i use to add css's and then on the field set the cls config to the css that needs to be applied. Infact in one of my other projects I dont see this problem. The view has been exported from the other project that has no problem to this project.

    Thanks

    Unless you are overriding the classes entirely, you shouldn't need to set the cls config on the form fields in order to resolve this issue, as the CSS class being overriden is already applied by default.

    Thanks!
