Default Unknown command: "include" Cmd 6 (same issue also in older versions)

When I try to generate a new app, it always give me the same response: Unknown command: "include"

I remember because of this issue, I could not use Cmd 3 and also last year I tried again and the same issue in Cmd 5. There are some more forum threads but there is no real solution.

This problem occurs only on Turkish OS'

When I try this on a Virtual Machine with English language, there is no problem. But for Turkish here is the output:

I gave "diag" as well. I think this is about the same issue on Jeff Atwood's blog:

    I ? lowercase ? ?
    i ? uppercase ? ?
    More info: http://blog.codinghorror.com/whats-wrong-with-turkey/

But I know there has been a couple of problems on other software packages especially with open source and Java based libraries. And they solved this problem very quickly. There should be a simple solution about localization on lowercase/uppercase conversion.

I beg you please try to solve this issue.

This is not about the language and localization settings in Windows. This is all about the software you have been writing.

I know it is difficult to test for other people for that reason, I will try to help you as much as I can, if there is a possibility to check the source code of Cmd, I can try that.
