Default x-credits - How dows it work?

    How does it work?

Today I have a "Sencha Complete Premium Support" and 40 x-credits available.

Is it 40 for each month? For all the subscription time?

How can I gain more x-credits?

    Thanks

It's a total of 40 for your subscription. You can contact our Sales team to get more information about your subscription and purchase for credits as needed. https://www.sencha.com/company/contact/

But is it per month or only 40 for all the time? If I use all the 40 today will I lost it all? Thanks.

You will have 40 x-credits for the duration of your subscription, which runs for a year. When you renew, you will start off again with 40 x-credits that can be used throughout your subscription year.

If you need additional x-credits, feel free to contact us via the "Contact Us" page, as it's possible to purchase additional x-credits.

Also, if a support ticket turns out to be caused by a bug in the framework, the x-credits for that ticket will be refunded to your support subscription.
