Default Answered: ViewModel links & server errors

Basically when we load a record using Model.load() a callback (or a failure function) can be passed so we can take care of server errors (404, 500, etc).

Haw can we deal with server errors when using a viewModel link??

  2. In my experience you can't do it using a viewModel link or the linkTo method. I had to abandon the use of links for that very reason and I use the model.load() method with callback.

You can add a listener to the store https://docs.sencha.com/extjs/6.0/6....ore-event-load
