Thread: Theme image not found after cmd upgrade

Success! Looks like we've fixed this one. According to our records the fix was applied for EXTJS-23012 in 6.2.1.167.

Default Theme image not found after cmd upgrade

I just updated my application from Ext JS 6.0.0.640 / Cmd 6.0.2.14 to Cmd 6.1.1.76 (Ext is unchanged).
After the successful upgrade, if try to run 'sencha app watch', I get warnings:
@theme-background-image: Theme image not found: images/tip_top.png
    ...

My app uses the toolkit "modern" only with theme "theme-cupertino".

Did anything change in the app.json what is not automatically updated?
Or any idea how could I fix this, after the upgrade the app is loading without css.

I tried to create a new test project
sencha -sdk PathToExt-6.0.1 generate app --modern test test
    and the result is same.
The test application is also loading without styles.

Default CSS missing from manifest after upgrade to Cmd 6.1.1.76

"after the upgrade the app is loading without css"

I'm having this issue after upgrading my classic app to Cmd 6.1.1.76. This app was working on Cmd 6.0.1.76.

After the upgrade, if I do a production build or testing build, the output manifest (json) file from build/production or build/testing directory has an empty "css" array. The browser doesn't download the CSS. But if I manually edit my manifest and add an entry pointing to the output CSS file, the app works fine. This seems like a bug, but not sure if it's the same bug already filed for this thread.

Same problem as Richard. CSS is never loaded in the production build (array empty in manifest) after upgrade. This seems like quite a severe bug! Is it being tracked here, or do we need to start another thread?

Bump. How has this not been fixed? No mention of it in the nightly either. Not good enough.

I've bumped up the bug priority to get this issue some more attention.

Unfortunately this is still not resolved. The message at the top of the thread will change once the issue is resolved for the next release.

    Sencha Cmd v6.1.2.15
    ExtJS v6.0.2

I have a similar issue as OP however this is my first attempt to use SenchaCmd, I did not upgrade an existing app/workspace.

I've tried generating a new app and then updating the theme in app.json to "theme-classic" and I received the same error as OP.

I've also simply tried generating the app using theme classic right from the get go (from inside a workspace):
    Code:
sencha generate app -th=theme-classic -ext -classic MyApp my-app
Both time's I receive close to 20 warnings about theme images not found: "images/tab-bar/navigation-scroll-*.gif"

Is this the same issue? I assume the OP's issue is still not resolved in CMD v6.1.2.15 since it's still showing [OPEN]?

Please advise if I should be creating a separate thread for my issue and of course any help on fixing my issue.

    Thanks.

Any further update on this issue? Is there a workaround for this at least?
