Default Styling the tooltip for field errors

When I set allowBlank to true for example, Ext will display a red error icon next to the field. When you hover over that icon a tooltip appears with an icon and the blankText.
I would like to style this tooltip to look more like this:
    tooltip.jpg

Is this possible to achieve just with styling? Or do I need to write any code? I assume there should be some method to control the html template of the tooltip? Perhaps I need to use the errorEl somehow?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi--

You could create a custom UI for the error tooltip:

    Thanks!

Could you provide some more detail? I am fairly new to ExtJS.
    Thanks!!
