Thread: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'getGrouper' of null

    Success! Looks like we've fixed this one. According to our records the fix was applied for EXTJS-22416 in 6.2.0.

    Default Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'getGrouper' of null

    Same functionality - store is bind to grid from ViewModel, required classes are added to requires. Works fine in 6.0.2 but its broken in 6.2.0.908

    Error in Ext.dataview.List:

    PHP Code:
    isGrouping: function() {
        return
    Boolean(this.getGrouped() && this.getStore().getGrouper());
    },

    Do you have a test case that can reproduce this? My simple example did not:

    Hi Mitchell, just simply switch to ExtJS Nightly Material from 17.08.2016. On Windows 10 Pro Chrome 52.0.2743.116m you will receive one warning:

    PHP Code:
    ext-modern-all-debug.js:6098 [WOverriding existing mapping'Ext.Gadget' From 'Ext.Widget' to 'Ext.Component'Is this intentional
    and one error:
    PHP Code:
    ext-modern-all-debug.js:90675 Uncaught TypeErrorCannot read property 'getGrouper' of null

    Sorry, I was actually using 6.0.2 not 6.2.0.

    Thanks for the report! I have opened a bug in our bug tracker.

    Sometimes for some reason (not sure why) this happen in 6.0.2 too. In that case _store property is null and hasLoadedStore is true. This problem happen on grids with grouping where store is bind to the grid. Store is still accessible through viewModel by getStore('storename') function.
