Default Trying to generate a custom theme using Ext J2 4.2.2 and Sencha CMD

I've been trying for about 45 mins to follow the steps in the Docs on how to set up a custom theme and I can't get it to work.

    http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/4.2.1/#!/guide/theming

Basically when I get to the step that reads "Configuring Theme Inheritance" I'm unable to continue. The reason for this is because the sencha command doesn't seem to be placing any theme packages in my packages folder.

Any videos or other tutorials I can look at?

Also is there an easy way to do this? Basically I'm just trying to over ride some colors in the Neptune theme and I wanted too use SASS to do it. I'm pretty familiar with SASS so I figure this was an easier approach.

    Thanks so much in advance.

I'd say that your approach is sound. Which version of Cmd are you using?
