Default Datefield's format/submitFormat are not working with form's jsonSubmit config on

When submitting form with jsonSubmit config on the value placed in the request is always like "2017-01-01T00:00:00" regardless field's format/submitFormat properties.

The intent of jsonSubmit was to take whatever getValue() returns and put it in an object to be encoded as JSON. The docs don't really make this clear.

But form.getValues() returns a date with desirable format, I've added console.log to the fiddle. For me it's definitely a bug, why jsonSubmit should put plain date object when form.getValues() or standard submit doesn't?
