Default [6.5.1.31] Pie Chart and overlapping labels

Reading in release notes, overlapping labels problem should be fixed, but trying 6.5.1.31, I don't see any improvement, labels are still unreadable as you can see below, and maybe there's a new bug about tooltip z-index:

EXTJS-20496 - Pie chart labels for very small slices can overlap

Here's another example. Labels for BlackBerry and Others should be visible, but they are visible only on mouseover.

Label placement is very important. I'm aware of a company which selected another charting application because of label placement issues in the Ext JS charting package.

This is a regression from 6.2.0 where these labels are visible.

In the 6.2.0 exemple, Blackberry and Others slices are not adjacents as in 6.5 example, IMHO it's why there's no overlapping.
As a workaround, if you change the order of data in your chart, you could probably avoid overlapping, at least for some cases.

Here's a screenshot from the Creston Digital website (an Ext JS customer).

Why do you think they don't use Ext JS charts on this particular application?

..considering the support we got....maybe we need a different charting app too.
