Default sencha generate package (cmd 6.5) not matching documentation

According to the "Anatomy of a Package" documentation, sencha app generate should create the classic/modern source folders. However, using cmd 6.5, it does not. I only get an src folder (and a sass folder, even though supposedly the scss files can live next to the js files - kinda scratching my head over that too). I need to create a widget to be available for either toolkit, which requires slightly different implementation for each, and I would prefer to not have to create two separate packages.

Yes - I had to manually add the folders and update the relevant class paths in package.json to match what was in app.json. I've attached an example.

    package.json.txt
