    Default [ExtJs 6.5.0] Locked grid fires multiple view refresh events on sort

    Due to a change in Ext.grid.locking.View#onDataRefresh, the view fires 4 refresh events on sort for both (2 on) the lockedView and (2 on) the normalView

    Code:
    onDataRefresh: function() {
            Ext.suspendLayouts();
            this.relayFn('onDataRefresh', arguments);
            this.ownerGrid.view.refreshView(); //<-- new
            Ext.resumeLayouts(true);
        },
    Push sort button in the fiddle: https://fiddle.sencha.com/#view/editor&fiddle/20vn

    Expected is: 1 for the normal- and 1 for the locked view.

    Could you look into this?

    Bump, can we please have this addressed? Seems like a simple thing to fix?
