Default Grid numeric filter on IE is not working properly.

    Scenario:
    1. Open Grid Filtering in KitchenSink (as an example)
    2. Open filter in IE (11) on column id
    3. Enter < 13 > 5
    4. Now
      1. Try deleting with the x the value - it is deleted but when you reopen the filter - the value exists.
      2. Play with the values try to remove - add values + enable /disable the filter

    5. The results are unexpected. You can never tell what will happen and what is the actual filter.

    Thanks
