    Default Plugins vs extension

    Another noobie question.

What is the difference between plugins vs extensions. Why do you attach plugins only initcomponent?. why not attach it later?.

How do i convert plugins to extension.

Give me example and then explanation.

    Thank you very much.

I need to create form plugin and attach to the parent later stage on demand.

    Thanks.

Technically you could add plugins at a later stage, however it could lead to unintended consequences.

Here is my problem. I need to create form based on meta data. So it is not static store. So my dynamicform plugin has to be instantiated just before it shows to the user.

At prenet if i attach plugin later stage , it does n't rerender the parent.

Called init does n't work. it does do work for invisible plugins not visible. As the parenet need to redraw. Calling render on parent also do not work.

Exclamation Is this what U want

If what you want is to make dynamic forms (meta form) search the forum for Saki's Ext.ux.MetaForm which does just that.
