Default eventedConfig event names should be in lower case

Some eventedConfig names are in lower case and others are in mixed case. I know event names are not case sensitive in Ext JS, but for the sake of consistency all event names should be in lower case.

For example, the beforemaxWidthchange should be beforemaxwidthtchange.

Edit: I wanted to put this report in the doc forum.
