    Default Grid cell text overflow

The release notes for 6.5 says there is now support for "automatic tooltips for grid cell text overflows". It doesn't mention how to do this or what config option needs to be set or anything and I can't seem to find any examples or documentation on this. Anyone know how to use this new feature?

It looks like it's been built into modern only so far.

Is there any plan to have this in classic as well? Is this a sign that classic is getting less attention?

This looks quite promising, however I could not get the fiddle to work in Firefox (59.01, Windows x64), IE 11 or Edge, just in chrome...

I have checked on firefox '60.0b6 (64-bit)', it works. Please check again the fiddle.
BUT the firefox has a scrollWidth bug. There are a lot of discussion about this problem, for example this one:
