    Default change the color of the text while it is disabled....

    Hi All,

    In form panel i have a couple of textfields,combos and date fields,according to my requirement i need to make some of the fields disabled,when i make the field disabled i am not able to see the text properly(it is in lighter shade so user not able to read it). now i wanted to change the font color while it is disabled...i am attaching screenshot with this please have a look at it...Can somebody help me in this regard...

    try adding maskDisabled:false on your disabled items... maybe it can make the texts of the disabled fields clear but it doesn't change the color of the text...

    is this helping?


    disabledClass : String CSS class added to the component when it is disabled (defaults to "x-item-disabled").

    IE is crap. It ignores your styling instructions on disabled fields.

    true, but any suggestions on how to persuade it otherwise?
    is it an actual disabled text input, or a styled text area or something?

    Its plain disabled text field,i just added style to it to make it bold...
