I am interested in creating new skins... but don't know where to start. It would be nice if you could document the steps that you do to create a fresh new skin so that the community can see how you did it. I think there are some forum posts to get you started with some tips on what files to edit, etc.
Keep us all up to date..

basic-dialog.css is the skin for the basic dialog only.
You should also look at ext-all.css wich contains the default theme for the widgets.

Yes, a tutorial on skinning would be useful as I am willing to make one as well. Not to mention there is a huge network of skinners out there who often port there skins to multiple applications and I'm sure there are some web developer's among them who would port their skins to Ext.
