    Default Add Ext.Boot to docs

    Suggestion:
Add the docs for bootstrap.js to the docs for SenchaCmd or ExtJS (or a separate doc set).

    Reasoning:
I prefer to browse the class docs in the online format rather than code (i.e. on docs.sencha.com or a similar offline environment).
Currently the docs for bootstrap.js are not available in a prerendered AFAIK, although corresponding doc annotations are present in bootstrap.js
This is especially relevant for me, as I'd like to have the docs rendered in a common format, jsduck has been phased out and the doxi-toolchain is not publicly available yet.
