Default [2.2][CLOSED] Treenode still has browserbased Checkbox control

I was happy to hear the styled checkboxes are implemented in Ext 2.2.

But when trying a tree with checked nodes the checkboxes are still rendered with default browserbased checkboxes instead of the new Ext-ish ones.

This is not a bug; it is a feature request.

And while we are on the subject of unthemed checkboxes: FieldSet.checkboxToggle also doesn't use the new checkbox.

If you say so, but I disagree (even as I understand what you mean).
2.2 is a cornucopia of good things, but this is clearly a gap.

It is not a bug -- those controls are working exactly as they were before. We were planning to reuse the new styles everywhere there is a checkbox, but that did not make it into 2.2. It will be done in a future release.

OK, I added themed checkboxes support to TreeNodeUI and TreeEventModel.
I also added an extra bonus: checkboxes with a grayed/partial state and automatic cascading!

    See this post for details.

ps. I also updated the FieldSet checkbox (see here).
