    Post Answered: Ext.grid.plugin.CellEditing in modern toolkit

    Hello,

    I've a question. In the classic toolkit I can declare the deitor like this

    Code:
    plugins: {
        ptype: 'cellediting',
        listeners: {
            beforeedit: function () {
                //do sth.
            }
        }
    }
    after edit I can listen to the edit event an do sth.

    But I have no events in the modern gridcellediting plugin. How can I add an beforeedit or an edit event to the plugin?

    Best regards
    Kay

    Hi,

    I'm looking for the same thing
    Reading the code make me think that events are raised by the editor that the plugin uses for each column.
    I'm using 6.5.2 modern

    Sounds like this is a missing feature. Should be a sub 20 minute job to fix and create unit tests...

    Hi,
    is it planned to implement the events in the near future or is there any easy way to add them to the modern celledit plugin?
