Any update to this? I just downloaded Sencha Cmd 6.5.2 and I'm running into this issue:

2017-11-10T20:16:32.0816524Z No JVM could be found on your system.
    2017-11-10T20:16:32.0816524Z Please define EXE4J_JAVA_HOME
2017-11-10T20:16:32.0816524Z to point to an installed 32-bit JDK or JRE or download a JRE from www.java.com.

Given that it's been over a month, and still nothing, I wouldn't hold your breath!
Not sure there's any devs left.

I have an issue where there is no generated bootstrap.css, which is a complete deal breaker.
We've actually started talking about looking at alternative JS frameworks now... Been using Ext for nearly 9 years too.

I just realized how awful the Sencha Cmd website and Sencha Support download portal are.

In the Sencha Support download portal, it has Sencha Cmd 6.5.2.15 for Windows 64-bit without the JRE.

Yet - on here https://www.sencha.com/products/extjs/cmd-download/ it has the Sencha Cmd 6.5.2.15 for Windows 64-bt WITH THE JRE.

Why would I think to go to the website to download the utility? Put it in the download portal! It makes zero sense!

    Get it together Sencha!

I have a funny feeling I grabbed that one, and it still had the JRE bundled.
Maybe they've fixed it though! Hope so.

I still have the issue with no bootstrap.css being produced.
Have pushed out the Cmd upgrade till later, when it'll hopefully have been updated. We're still on Ext 5.1, so can wait for a bit...

Another month passed and no 64bit Windows non-JRE download available.
Together with the fact that the forums are seemingly user-to-user support since there doesn't seem to be any support staff left i'm really starting to get worried if ExtJS does have a future.

Yeah, it's concerning. Have started looking at alternative options to be honest.

I notice they still have time to send out emails to people.
They've even brought back their single user license! Wonder how that's working out for them?! Hehe

    Which alternatives are you considering?

React / Angular? Or anything else?

Yeah, Angular was what I started looking at.
The problem is the UI components. That's Ext's strong point, even if can be buggy and cobbled together at times.

A lot of the decent UI components for Angular appear to need licenses. Once add up a decent grid, tree, etc it could end up pricey.

I see Sencha have some UI components for use from Angular, and there's a webinar later (that I cannot make now). But that may be a halfway house...
