Thank you for reporting this bug. We will make it our priority to review this report.

Default Grid Row Expander Blocks page (can't click) with x-scroll-scroller Div

    Ext Version: 5.1.3
    Theme: Classic

    OS: Windows 10 (non touch)

Browser: Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

    Sencha Examples:
    http://examples.sencha.com/extjs/5.1...-expander-grid
    http://examples.sencha.com/extjs/5.1...c#grouped-grid

Steps to Produce: Click on expander columns below the + icon. expand collapse few rows, then jump to the bottom and repeat the same. This will suddenly stuck and you can't click any more. Unless scroll with mouse wheel or Laptop tracker. There is a div x-scroll-scroll which blocks the whole control. Screen shots pasted below.

Expected behavior: I should be able to expand or collapse the rows.

Further description: This issue is show stopper. We can produce it easily on Tree panel controls as well. In our project its happening on grids as well as on tree controls.
