    Default Answered: cannot get trial version

    Hello. I would like to try trial ExtReact. But after filling download form, I didn't get any answer on my email. I tried three times. Also I wrote letter by "Contact us" form, but anyway no answer. How can I get trial version?

  2. got the answer with login and pass.
    but now I have npm errror
    Code:
    npm ERR! 403 Forbidden: @extjs/ext-react@latest

    Seems their systems may be down. I have full access and cannot get to the NPM registry containing the packages, nor can I get to the support portal....

    I can't confirm if the trial sign-up form is working, but those who have purchased the product shouldn't have any issue with NPM. I just tested and was able to install the packages, though trial users will have a different experience since there is syncing issues while we work on merging SalesForce between Sencha and Idera.

    Feel free to PM me if you are still having issues and I will help forward you to someone who is able to get the account resolved.

    The portal is functional now as well. There were a couple of issues with the API server earlier, but it has been resolved.

    @tristan.lee - The NPM registry starting working once the support portal started working again (coincidence? perhaps). Support portal was giving me an error referencing a timeout/lock occuring (presumably on a database of some sort). During that same time period, I was getting a 403 when attempting to access the NPM registry (login was fine, installs were 403)... As an outsider - I was purely sharing that it appeared multiple systems were having issues... All is working well now.

    That sounds about right. I didn't attempt to try NPM until a few minutes ago so it very well could have been related for both services. Thanks for the heads-up!

    npm install --save @extjs/reactor @extjs/ext-react
    I get error
    Code:
    npm ERR! code E403
    npm ERR! 403 Forbidden: @extjs/ext-react@latest

    npm ERR!     2018-01-12T11_51_59_005Z-debug.log
    When I tried

    npm install --save @extjs/reactor
    it was installed normally. But not ext-react.

    How can I resolve this problem?

    iirc the npm server uses the same server that portal and fiddle use for login/user information. So if portal or fiddle are down, the npm server is likely going to be affected too.

    This is for your trial account correct? As I mentioned earlier, they are currently doing a merger between the two Salesforce instances and this is causing issues for trial users. New trial instances get registered with Idera's Salesforce instance and our NPM registry uses the Sencha instance. Then they do manual merges two to three times a week. Basically it could take 2 to 3 days for the trial account to work properly.
