Default Window with constrainHeader set jumps to middle of screen

When you create a window with x and y set and also constrainHeader set then the window is displayed in the x,y location

However when you first click on that window to move it, it then jumps to the centre and refuses to move left or up unless you release the mouse and click a second time.

    This is surely a bug!

This is a really annoying bug that I have also reported long time ago, but can we really expect Sencha to fix something?
I have a LONG list of open bugs, and no clue if and when they will get fixed...(some date back to 2015!)
They now refuse to give workarounds, whats the point of paid support then? Confirming a bug is not support.

    Status for today is still
