Default Locked column, header not rendering correctly on chrome

headerissuechrome.jpg This is what is happening in Chrome
headerfirefox.PNG This is what is happening in Firefox

How do I ensure that they work in both browsers

Could you create a Sencha fiddle of your code? If not, could you give your code so there is more information to help you with? Neither appear to be working based on your screenshots though my assumption of not working could also be based on not having a big enough screenshot of the situation.
