Hi, I have a similar problem.
I'm successfully logged in using sencha support credentials (using .. instead of @).
When I do npm install --save @sencha/ext-react
    Response is:
npm ERR! 403 Forbidden: @sencha/[email protected]

    Any ideas?
    Thanks

I'm also having the same problem. My support account is [email protected]. I'm using [email protected] to login

    Error:
    npm ERR! code E403
npm ERR! 403 Forbidden: @extjs/[email protected]

Please help me, thank you so much!

Same problem here. I started trial account today. I don't have login credentials to support portal and I'm not sure If I can get once free while I'm on trial. I successfully executed:

Now I need to get the latest version of @sencha/ext-gen, but the following command fails:

    npm install -g @sencha/ext-gen

The error is that I'm not registered. Can you clarify the case please?
