Default [6.7.0 Classic] Grid in accordion layout does not show rows after expanding in Chrome

After recent updates to Google Chrome we are having some trouble with grid panels in an accordion layout (classic toolkit).

    Given:
    - a panel with an accordion layout
    - child items of that panel are grid panels with a loaded store.
    - animation of the layout and the child items are left to their defaults (enabled).

    To reproduce the problem:
    - use Google Chrome 72.
    - expand one of the accordion sections.
    - the section expands to the correct height for the grid.
    - the grid header is shown.
    - none or one of the grid rows are shown.
    - inspection shows the HTML DOM is correct before and after this, it is just not visible.
    - hover over one of the rows (where the rows are supposed to be) and all missing rows appear.

Doing the same in other browsers (Firefox 65, Edge) show the rows as intended.

A fiddle for the issue: https://fiddle.sencha.com/#fiddle/2pnc

Found out that disabling animation on the layout fixes it.

I assume this is caused by the changes to Chrome.

Has anyone encountered this too? Do you have an idea how to fix this properly with animation enabled?

Just in case, I'm still on chrome 71 here (71.0.3578.98), and I see the same issue.

I tested it with Chrome 69.0.3497.100 (on Windows 7 64 bit) and it works correctly in that version.

Thank you both for checking this in different browsers. I have a hunch this started with Chrome version 70.
