Default Answered: Using Azure DevOps Build Server - Fails

I'm trying to build my application via Azure DevOps and during npm install I appear to be getting an error. The error is similar to what I received when trying to install on a machine that was not registered with Sencha. So my question is what is the proper way to install and build on a build server without the need of purchasing another license? Below is the error I'm receiving.

8441 verbose stack Error: 404 Not Found - GET https://registry.npmjs.org/@sencha%2...ern-theme-base - Not found

  2. If anyone is interested I was able to solve this with a couple easy steps in Azure DevOps thanks to a thread I found in git. If anyone is interested here is the link to the thread.
