    Default RTL: Tooltips misaligned in RTL

    Open http://localhost/extjs-6.7.0/build/e...c/rtl/rtl.html

    Run this on the console and hover a grid cell.

    Code:
    new Ext.tip.ToolTip({
                rtl              : true,
                constrain        : true,
                anchor           : 't',
                trackMouse       : false,
                hideDelay        : 0,
                dismissDelay     : 0,
                html : 'sof sapf saionfiosaf saonf oasoifn öoasnf oasf oasn foasifnasfsao',
                delegate         : '.x-grid-cell',
                target           : document.body
            });

    Same code works fine on an LTR grid.

    Hello,

    Tooltip is working fine with right to left support. Try to set the width and reduce the tooltip text as shown below
    new Ext.tip.ToolTip({
    rtl: true,
    constrain: true,
    anchor: 't',
    width: 400,
    trackMouse: false,
    hideDelay: 0,
    dismissDelay: 0,
    html: 'sof sapf foasifnasfsao',
    delegate: '.x-grid-cell',
    target: document.body
    });

    Kumar

    That's a not a fix. Your alignment code is broken, do you see the image in my original, pay attention to the anchor arrow.
