Default Removing Update and Cancel buttons in RowEditor Plugin

    Hi,

We are using the RowEditor Plugin (Ext JS 6.5) in a grid. Update and Cancel buttons are visible as soon as when a row is clicked. How to remove these buttons? We have set autoUpdate to true. We also tried to hide the floating buttons but if there is only one record it wasn’t getting updated. Does anyone know how to disable these buttons at the same time update the record as soon as it is edited?

    Thanks
    Sundeep

    Hi Johnny,

Thanks for your reply. With your suggestions, it was observed buttons are not visible anymore. However, if there is only one record in the store, it is still not getting updated as it is not triggering edit function. How can we update/commit the record in this use case?

    Thanks

The example I provided has only one record and the record gets updated/commit on the edit event. Source Line 53

    Hi Johnny,
edit event doesn't seems to be fired even when we move out of the row. I have added 1 more row to your example and edited it but it didn't persist the changes. Can you check it? I have added a console.log statement to make sure the corresponding method is invoked but it seems edit method is not invoked. beforeedit method is invoked.

Set autoUpdate to true on the row editing plugin.

    Hi Johnny,

We had already tried it. It works only if there are multiple rows. If there is a single row autoUpdate doesn't seems to be working.
