Thread: Can't see products in support.sencha.com

    Default Can't see products in support.sencha.com

    When i click "Downloads" in support.sencha.com, request to https://api.sencha.com/v1.0/direct/r...&%24app=portal was canceled after 30 seconds. Request action: "PortalAction", request method: "getProduct". I see empty content. I can't create ticket, because products selectfield is also empty

    The downloads screen is working for me but a problem with loading could be during an outage. Do you have a current active subscription? You should see a subscription list in the header next to your name. You should always be able to reach someone at [email protected] (at least that used to be an email that customers could reach someone).
