    Exclamation Can not download anything from support portal nor create support tickets

    I've just signed in to Support Portal and when trying to retrieve the list of products for download, all that I get is a blank screen. It seems that request times out.

    Maybe this is not the best place to post this, but I can not even file a support ticket, because the dropdowns "Type" and "Product" are empty !!!

    My subscription is active till 2020, so this is not a licensing issue.

    Is just me of is someone else experiencing this?

    I can not be more upset with this. No response from Sencha here and nowhere to complaint but this forum, because Support Tickets are inside Support Portal and it didn't worked either.

    When subscription expires, download is automatically removed from portal and even npm repositories stop working immediatly. C'mon. ExtJS is not a cheap product, so I expect at least some response from you.
